Hello all, first of all thank you very much to those that are helping me with my goal, I appreciate everything that everyone is doing to help me with my target of representing my country. Well i was at Sheffield at the weekend, i competed in the National master which is an event for those swimmers over the age of 18, it is the first time that I have done Masters National and the standards were very very high, for this event I only did the two races, the 1500mtrs & 400mtrs free style events, in the 1500 I achieved a PB and managed to come third and with the 400 I was about half a second of my pace and placed sixth overall. I have a couple of big events coming up with the second round of the Arena league where I shall be hoping to do well for my club and in December I shall be going to Manchester to compete in the English Federation of Disability Sport 2017 National Para-Swimming Championships, this event will be run in partnership with British Para Swimming. All the big swimmers will be out for this two day event and will be the last big meet this year so i'm hoping that I will see some good times after all the extra work that I have been putting in with Jack my PT and Technical Coach.
